3. Description of Services

Khao Wealth provides in-person financial education workshops for adults, primarily those aged 40 and above, in Khon Kaen, Thailand. Our current programme offerings are:

  • Reading the Provident Fund Statement — a two-session workshop covering Thai provident fund statements, allocation options, and contribution structures.
  • The Quiet Practice of Compounding — a three-evening programme exploring the mathematics of compounding over long time horizons.
  • Health, Wealth, and the Conversation Between Them — a weekend workshop on household finances, healthcare planning, and long-term care considerations.

Our workshops are educational in nature. We are educators, not financial advisors, insurance brokers, or investment managers. Nothing presented in our workshops constitutes financial, legal, medical, or insurance advice. We do not recommend or endorse specific financial products, insurance policies, or investment vehicles.

Workshop availability, schedules, and pricing are subject to change. Details published on the Website are provided as a guide; confirmed session information is communicated at the time of registration.

4. Participant Responsibilities

By registering for a workshop or using the Website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when making an enquiry or completing a registration.
  • Treat fellow participants, facilitators, and venue staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Arrive at workshop sessions at the designated time, or notify us in advance if you are unable to attend.
  • Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without our prior written consent.
  • Not reproduce or distribute Materials for commercial purposes.
  • Not use the Website for unlawful purposes or in any way that disrupts its availability to others.
  • Not transmit any content through the contact form that is abusive, misleading, or in violation of applicable Thai law.

If you choose to bring your own financial statements to a workshop, you do so voluntarily. We strongly encourage all participants to redact identifying numbers before sharing any documents within a group setting. Khao Wealth takes no responsibility for personal financial documents brought by participants.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the Website for your own use. Participants who receive printed Materials during a workshop are permitted to use those Materials for personal study only. You may not reproduce, sell, sublicense, or publish Materials in any form without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

  • The facilitator may adjust session content to reflect the needs and experience of the group. Minor variations from the published description do not constitute a material change.
  • Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

  • Your use of the Website in violation of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. If a dispute arises between you and Khao Wealth in connection with these terms or a workshop, we ask that you first contact us directly at [email protected] so that we may seek to resolve the matter informally.

  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity without restriction.
  • Notices: Notices sent to us should be addressed to [email protected] or to our postal address. We will communicate with you using the email address you provide at registration.
  • Language: These terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the English text shall prevail.

14. Changes to These Terms
